Chris Sugden was born and raised in Las Vegas and graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He spent many years as an executive in casino operations and marketing at various Las Vegas Strip properties prior to changing his primary focus to the real estate industry.  

Chris received his Broker/Salesman license in 2016 and ultimately became a Broker in 2018.  He completed many commercial and residential transactions while managing an office and a team of agents before joining Key Realty Southwest as a Broker/Salesman in 2020.  

Since then his primary focus has been on commercial real estate and closed millions of dollars worth of transactions across all types of property classifications.   As of January 2023, Chris has taken the role of Key Realty Southwest's Broker, managing a stellar team of agents across residential, commercial, and property management transactions.
